This would not be as challenging as you might think because these roulette terms can be learned by using them frequently. In short, you can be familiar with it more when you practice such terms while you are spinning either the American or European roulette wheel.

Black - This is a term used when you opt to bet on all the black numbers.

Column bets - This is a bet done when you placed all your bets evenly across the roulette wheel.

Corner bet - A corner bet is done once you placed your bet on four numbers which are near each other. You will receive a payout which is eight times more than the current bet placed.

Croupier - A croupier is the one in charge of operating the routine wheel.

Double zero - This is a bet placed on the double zero packet. Once your bet wins, you can get a payout worth 35 times more than the original value of the bet.

Green numbers - This refers to the zero and two zero packets of the roulette wheel.

House Percentage - The house percentage is the edge that the house has over the players of the roulette game.

Outside bet - Contrary to an inside bet, an outside bet is done when you bet on any of the outside numbers of the roulette wheel.

Red- A red refers to the bets placed on the roulette wheel's red figures.

Six-line bet - Six-line bet means you have bet on six numbers. When your bets win, the total payout is equivalent to five times the regular bet.

Slots - Slots refer to the areas on the roulette wheel that contain numbers.

Special line bet - A special line bet is made when you have chosen the numbers one to three, the single zero and double 0's. The payout amounts to six times the original winning.

Straight bet - You make a straight bet when choose to bet on one number only. The payout is 35 times more than the recent amount in the pot.
